After 6 months of listing with another area realtor, my wife and I decided to switch to Tabitha to sell our home. She immediately gave us several suggestions that were inexpensive in the big scheme of things to change about the house (i.e. replaced carpet and neutral paint colors) that gave the house a fresh new look and smell. She also took the time to stage the house herself with items of her own and some of our things as well.
